HOSTING TERMS
The arrangement between the arcade and the people running its cabinets.
A note before you rely on this. This page is a plain-English summary of how hosting works day to day. It is not legal advice and it has not been reviewed by a solicitor. If real money is changing hands, get it looked over by someone qualified in your jurisdiction before you treat it as a contract.
What hosting gives you
A hosted cabinet gives you an admin login scoped to that cabinet only. With it you can:
- See and manage the players on your own cabinet
- Generate player access codes
- Queue actions to your running game
- Be credited publicly as that cabinet's host on the Live page
Your access does not extend to any other cabinet, and other hosts cannot see your players.
Billing
Hosting is charged per cabinet, per month, in advance. Your renewal date is shown on your account page.
If a payment is late, access continues for a short grace period and you will see a warning in the admin panel. If it is not settled by the end of that period, access to that cabinet stops until it is renewed.
Your data is not deleted when access stops
Losing access is not the same as losing your data. Player records for your cabinet are retained, and restoring access restores them. We will give you reasonable notice before permanently removing anything.
What we ask of you
- Keep your login to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account
- Do not attempt to reach cabinets or player data that are not yours
- Do not use player data for anything other than running your cabinet
- Follow TikTok's own rules on any stream you run
Administrative actions are logged. That is there to protect you as much as anyone else — if a player disputes a change, the log is what settles it.
Ending the arrangement
You can stop hosting at any time; hosting runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We may suspend a cabinet immediately if it is being used in a way that puts the arcade, its players, or its other hosts at risk.
Availability
We do our best to keep the site up, but it is provided as is, with no guaranteed uptime. A live stream depends on your own machine, your internet connection, and a third-party TikTok integration — none of which are within our control.
Changes
These terms may change as the arcade develops. Material changes will be communicated to current hosts rather than quietly edited in.
